Description: These polygons are not features themselves, but are graphical circles that surround the address points and link to scanned in lateral cards the city maintains. In the past, laterial cards were created to show lateral locations for addresses around the city, and were scanned in order to keep a permanent record in GIS through a datalink. These do not exist for newer properties, as we have just placed the actual sewer lateral on the map in those locations.
